Senior Associate – Program Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Preferred Qualification/Background: CMA / CFA candidates with experience in professional categories will be preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Associate – Program Manager to manage and drive day-to-day category operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of YouTube, its ecosystem, content trends, and category dynamics, along with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee day-to-day category operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
2. Develop a solid understanding of YouTube, its ecosystem, content trends, audience behaviour, and category dynamics.
3. Monitor category performance, analyse key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvement strategies.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business objectives.
5. Work closely with content, marketing,



operations, and other relevant teams to drive category growth and performance.
6. Identify and implement innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance category growth, audience engagement, and overall performance.
7. Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and ensuring effective execution of category-level plans.
8. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of defined objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong understanding of category management, business operations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and identify business growth opportunities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- CMA/CFA-qualified or experienced candidates, particularly those who have worked in professional categories, will be preferred.
- Ability to work from the office.
