Role & responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, objectives, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Develop project plans, estimates, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop cross-functional project teams, including performance management, mentoring, conflict resolution, and capability building.
- Monitor project health through KRAs, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, and project status, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Manage project governance, including logs, change requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Own project budgets, effort tracking, forecasting, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Conduct project reviews, client governance meetings, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.




- Drive continuous improvement by implementing delivery best practices, improving team performance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project management methodologies.

Qualifications required: Graduation/ PG in BBA/BBM, MBA/PGDBM is preferable.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Basic technical knowledge of understanding a web page or the elements of web page
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
- Should have excellent presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Scrum/PMP/Prince2/Project Management certification is a plus
