Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and research-oriented Associate Professor in Healthcare Management to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials, relevant post-Ph.D. experience, and a proven track record in teaching, research, and academic mentoring. The role involves guiding students, developing innovative course content,



contributing to curriculum enhancement, publishing research in reputed journals, and building strong industry-academic collaborations.

Educational Qualification:

- Master’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Ph.D. in the respective discipline is mandatory.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, academia, or reputed industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed Scopus-indexed, ABDC, WoS, PubMed, UGC CARE-listed, and peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor and guide students for their academic and professional growth.
- Develop innovative course content and enhance teaching and learning methodologies.
- Actively participate in MDPs, consultancy projects, research initiatives, seminars, webinars, and conferences.
- Establish and maintain strong industry-academic collaborations.
- Contribute to curriculum development and institutional initiatives.

Location Preference:

- Candidates residing in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
