Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Associate Manager – SAP S/4HANA EWM to join our S4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. Based in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai or Noida, you will drive full‑cycle EWM projects on S/4HANA, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and optimize warehouse operations for our clients.

- Lead SAP EWM implementation phases (Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover, Go‑Live) on S/4HANA.
- Configure inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, storage types, and warehouse structures.
- Design and manage warehouse orders, waves, and yard management scenarios.
- Integrate EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM modules, including Embedded and Decentralized EWM.
- Set up and maintain EWM master data such as products, packaging specs, handling units, work centers, and resources.
- Handle IDocs, RF framework, labor management, and MFS where applicable.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate enhancements with ABAP developers.
- Support unit, integration, and UAT testing; resolve defects and ensure quality delivery.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, stabilization,



and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the delivery team.
- 8+ years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience with a focus on S/4HANA.
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA.
- Robust functional and configuration expertise in inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse layout optimization.
- Proven experience with Embedded EWM (mandatory) and knowledge of Decentralized EWM.
- Deep understanding of handling units, RF transactions, and labor management.
- Ability to design and optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and performance.
- Experience integrating EWM with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.
- Hands‑on exposure to IDocs, MFS, and related middleware technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to work with business and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; SAP EWM certification is a plus.
