Job description

Trustwell Homecare provides verified home care across Delhi NCR and has served 5000+ families. We are hiring experienced, caring Japa Care Takers to look after new mothers and newborn babies in the first weeks after delivery.

Responsibilities

Newborn care

- Bathe, massage, dress and diaper the baby
- Help with feeding (breast milk or formula) and burping
- Keep a record of the baby’s feeding, sleep and diaper schedule
- Sterilise bottles and keep the baby’s room, clothes and items clean
- Watch for warning signs (fever, jaundice, poor feeding) and inform the family or care manager immediately

Mother care

- Give the new mother traditional postnatal massage (as per family preference)
- Help her with rest, hygiene and light mobility after delivery
- Prepare simple,



nutritious postnatal meals as per family diet (if included in the package)
- Support her with breastfeeding positions and comfort
- Give emotional support and let her rest while the baby is looked after

Requirements

- Minimum [1–2] years of experience in Japa, newborn or postnatal care (trained freshers may apply)
- Good knowledge of newborn handling, hygiene and baby massage
- Knowledge of postnatal care for mothers after normal and C-section delivery
- Patient, gentle and clean in habits
- Willing to work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts, including nights
- Basic Hindi required
