Senior Executive - Shift In charge

About the Role

Responsible for organizing the warehouse areas, making the best and most efficient use of space, and managing the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff and drivers. Managing the efficient receipt, storage, and line feeding of parts to the production team. Should have strong manpower management skills, knowledge of line feeding and SAP knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities

- - Manage shift-wise raw material warehouse operations for a leading consumer appliances company.
- Allocate work to manpower based on daily requirements.
- Monitor material receipt, storage, picking, and issue to production.
- Ensure timely and accurate SAP transactions during the shift.
- Check material quantity, code, batch, and location during movement.
- Monitor stock shortages, excess, damages, and discrepancies.




- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Logistics teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper material handling, stacking, housekeeping, and safety during the shift.
- Maintain shift records and report pending issues and variances.
- Handover pending activities and critical issues to the next shift.

Requirements

- - 4 years of relevant experience in handling Warehouse operations or manufacturing ops
- Minimum Diploma or +12 required, Education in Logistics & Supply Chain is preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Robust Supervisory skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools - Word & Excel
- Ability to handle 30 + labour in a single shift
