Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web & Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of UI/UX design, responsive web design, and graphic design.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing websites, web applications, mobile app interfaces, and marketing creatives. You should be proficient in modern design tools and have a good understanding of frontend technologies to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive digital experiences.

You will work closely with developers, marketing professionals, and project managers to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & UI/UX Development

- Design and develop responsive website layouts and web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user-friendly UI/UX designs.

- Design intuitive interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

- Ensure responsive layouts and consistent user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.

- Review and improve existing website interfaces based on usability, client feedback, and project requirements.





Graphic Design & Branding

- Create logos, banners, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertising creatives.

- Develop branding materials while maintaining consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity.

- Design engaging marketing materials for digital platforms and promotional campaigns.

- Apply strong visual composition, color theory, and typography principles across design projects.

Team Collaboration & Project Delivery

- Work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.

- Convert business requirements and creative briefs into effective design solutions.

- Ensure designs meet usability, quality, and visual consistency standards.

- Manage multiple design assignments while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.

- Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of professional experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, or UI/UX Design.

- Solid proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web usability.

- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts,



composition, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to design user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design practices.

- Ability to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.

- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

- A portfolio showcasing web design, UI/UX, and graphic design projects.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing websites and landing pages for international clients.

- Knowledge of up-to-date UI/UX trends and design systems.

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and CSS libraries.

- Experience creating interactive prototypes and reusable design components.

- Understanding of basic SEO-friendly web design practices.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an IT services environment.
