Responsibilities:

- Manage cluster centers: Handle daily operations of 2-4 IVF centers, OPD flow, OT, lab coordination, and staff discipline.
- Achieve targets and conversion: Own revenue, OPD, and IVF / IUI cycle targets. Audit counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversion.
- Lead team and patient experience: Lead Centre Managers, Counsellors, and Front Office. Handle complaints and ensure smooth patient journey.
- Coordinate with clinical team: Coordinate with Doctors and Embryologists for scans, OPU, ET, and treatment follow-ups.
- Drive growth and compliance: Build doctor referrals, camps, and local marketing. Ensure documentation, billing, and quality compliance.

Requirements:

- Education: Any Degree. MBA / Hospital Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in IVF / fertility / hospital operations, with team handling experience.
- Leadership: Strong team handling, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of IVF treatments, counselling process, and patient journey.
- Work style: Target-oriented, willing to travel between centers, and able to handle pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
