Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic Team Leaders who are capable of leading Tele Sales executives from the front, providing hands-on support, and successfully achieving daily and monthly targets. The ideal candidates should be skilled in formulating effective sales strategies, monitoring call quality, and constantly motivating team members to drive performance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Motivation:
- Guide tele sales executives to effectively achieve their targets and provide hands-on support to improve calling techniques.
- Foster high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive mindset within the team.
- Target & Performance Management:
- Drive the team to consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Evaluate individual executive performance daily and provide targeted coaching to underperforming staff.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop creative sales strategies, pitch ideas, and conversion techniques.
- Implement actionable plans to continuously improve lead conversion rates.
- Training & Mentoring:
- Train new joiners and existing executives on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Submit daily sales reports and performance analytics to the management.




- Coordinate closely with management to address team bottlenecks and ensure smooth operational flow.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of overall experience in Tele-sales or Inside Sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a Team Leading or Supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Malayalam and English), strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Leadership Quality: Strong leadership presence with the ability to maintain a healthy, supportive work environment while driving aggressive target achievement.
- Result Oriented: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
