Cozy Tutors is a premium online educational platform delivering structured, high-quality tutoring solutions. We are expanding our admissions team and seeking a disciplined, results-driven Remote Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound student inquiries.

Position Overview
This is a fully remote, performance-driven role focused exclusively on sales conversion. You will be provided with a dedicated corporate SIM card and a consistent stream of warm leads. There is absolutely no cold calling required.

This position is structured as a 3-month evaluation and growth pathway leading directly to a permanent, full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Actively call, follow up with, and enroll students from high-intent, warm leads provided daily by our marketing team.
- Consultative Selling: Understand parent and student pain points regarding curriculum requirements and position Cozy Tutors’ programs as the definitive solution.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain precise records of daily call volumes, pipeline stages, and conversion metrics. Submitting daily end-of-day (EOD) reports is a mandatory operational requirement.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage follow-up schedules to ensure zero lead drop-off.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a sales role that required structured daily or weekly performance reporting.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate solid,



persuasive communication skills. Native speakers with exceptional sales command of the primary local languages are encouraged to apply.
- Infrastructure: A reliable internet connection, a quiet remote working environment, and functional laptop/computer infrastructure. A dedicated SIM card for calls will be provided by the company.
- Traits: High self-discipline, resilience, and the ability to work independently under targeted conversion metrics.
