We are looking for an experienced and responsible HVAC Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day HVAC operation, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities at Bina Refinery.

The candidate should have good technical knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, experience in manpower supervision, maintenance planning and coordination with client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily HVAC operation and maintenance activities at the refinery site.
- Handle preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Monitor operation and maintenance of:
- Chillers (Air Cooled / Water Cooled)
- AHU (Air Handling Units)
- FCU (Fan Coil Units)
- Package AC Units
- Split & Cassette AC Units
- Cooling Towers and Pumps
- Ventilation and Exhaust Systems
- Attend equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot faults and ensure timely rectification.
- Prepare daily maintenance reports, equipment history and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage technicians, operators and helpers at site.
- Ensure availability of manpower, tools, tackles and maintenance materials.
- Coordinate with client engineers and representatives for daily work execution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, PPE requirements and permit-to-work procedures.
- Maintain equipment records,



logbooks and daily operational reports.

Educational Qualification

- BE/ Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Candidates with relevant industrial HVAC experience will be preferred.

Experience & Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in HVAC Operation & Maintenance.
- Previous experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical plant or large industrial projects preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage technicians and site maintenance activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, maintenance reports and documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Job Location: Bina Refinery, Bina, Madhya Pradesh.
- Candidates must be willing to work at the refinery site.
