The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and market trends to attract top talent. This role is critical in ensuring that we build a strong pipeline of candidates to meet our organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Engage with potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide insights on market availability.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing metrics to track effectiveness.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company?s visibility in the job market.




- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices in talent sourcing.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in talent sourcing with a strong focus on identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sourcing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent sourcing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) are a plus.
