Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in the FMCG industry.
- Manage P&L; responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve financial targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business development initiatives that result in increased revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of profit & loss (P&L;) management principles and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
