Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, currently has an urgent requirement for an Associate Director within Human Resources to join their production team. This is an exciting prospect for an accomplished HR professional to shape people strategy, enhance organizational effectiveness, and build a high-performance culture while partnering closely with business leaders and employees across the organization

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, partnering on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and business transformation initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into impactful people strategies that drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and long-term growth.
- Lead the full talent agenda, including talent acquisition, leadership development, learning and development, career progression, and succession planning to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture by championing employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Support leaders in building strong, effective teams through coaching, guidance, and people-focused decision making.
- Ensure HR operations, policies, systems, and processes are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
- Utilize workforce analytics, HR metrics,



and people insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain best-in-class standards across employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR governance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support business growth and enhance the employee experience.

About You

- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience.
- Significant experience leading broad HR functions within complex or growing organizations.
- A track record of partnering effectively with senior leadership teams.
- Strong experience across employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
