BUILD THE NEXT PHASE OF IHN'S GROWTH

Indian Hospitality Network (IHN) is a premier, curated membership ecosystem and concierge service connecting business owners, senior decision-makers and organisations across Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Events and allied industries.

We are looking for an experienced industry qualified who can help expand IHN's presence across India, build high-value relationships and create new commercial opportunities at scale.

THE ROLE

This is a market-building and strategic business development role.

You will work closely with leadership to:

- Identify and penetrate new markets, sectors and geographies
- Build relationships with CEOs, Founders, CXOs, Directors and senior industry leaders
- Develop strategic partnerships, corporate relationships and commercial opportunities
- Expand IHN's network across hospitality, travel, tourism, events, airlines, cruise, destinations and allied sectors
- Represent IHN at industry events, conferences, exhibitions and strategic meetings
- Identify new business models, collaborations and routes to market
- Convert relationships and opportunities into measurable business growth

You will not simply execute an existing business plan.

You will be expected to identify where IHN should go next and help us get there.

Market Expansion- Establish IHN in new sectors, cities and business communities.

Strategic Relationships- Build access to senior decision-makers and influential organisations.

Business Growth- Convert opportunities into revenue, partnerships and long-term commercial relationships.

Industry Influence- Strengthen IHN's presence and relevance across India's hospitality and tourism ecosystem.





Strategic Thinking- Identify opportunities before they become obvious and bring new ideas to the table.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in:

Hospitality | Hotels & Resorts | Travel | Tourism | Airlines | Cruise | Events & MICE | Destination Management | Corporate Travel | Luxury | Allied B2B sectors

You should be

- A strong relationship builder and industry networker
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
- Commercially driven with strong business development and negotiation skills
- Capable of independently identifying and pursuing opportunities
- Confident representing an organisation at a senior level
- Willing to travel extensively across markets
- Experienced in converting relationships into tangible business outcomes

YOUR EDGE A strong existing network across the hospitality, travel, tourism or events industry is a major advantage.

More importantly, you should know how to open doors, create the right introductions and build relationships where none currently exist.
