About the Company

S&M; Industrial Valves Limited (formerly Steam & Mining Industries) is an established manufacturer of industrial valves since 1963. We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and motivated Sales Executive / Sales Assistant to support our sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and customer coordination.
- Identify potential customers and generate recent business enquiries.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding quotations, orders and payments.
- Coordinate with industrial clients, vendors and procurement departments.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports and customer correspondence.
- Handle email communication, telephone enquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Visit customers, industrial plants and project sites when required.
- Must be willing to travel to other states across India for business meetings and customer visits.
- Maintain customer records and assist with vendor registration and tender-related documentation.




- Coordinate internally for order execution and timely delivery.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience may apply.
- Experience in industrial sales, engineering products or valve industries will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and email communication.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Must be comfortable travelling outside West Bengal when required.
- Responsible, punctual and capable of working independently.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
