Job Summary

Transline Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to manage the execution of CCTV and electronic surveillance projects. The role involves project planning, resource allocation, site execution, vendor coordination, client management, installation, commissioning, and timely project delivery. The candidate should have strong experience in CCTV, IP surveillance, ELV, and security system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor CCTV and electronic surveillance projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage end-to-end project activities, including site surveys, project planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, government departments, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, material requirements, and resource allocation.
- Ensure proper installation and integration of IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, storage systems, switches, servers, and related surveillance equipment.
- Review technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality standards.




- Coordinate material procurement, dispatch, installation schedules, and inventory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare project progress reports, MIS, billing documentation, and completion reports.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
- Manage project closure, testing, commissioning, documentation, and final handover.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related technical discipline.
- Mandatory experience in CCTV, IP surveillance, and electronic security system projects.
- Experience in handling end-to-end CCTV project execution, preferably large-scale or multi-location deployments.
- Good understanding of IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, networking, switches, servers, and storage systems.
- Experience in site management, team handling, vendor coordination, and client management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Strong project planning, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
