Description Guru Kashi University is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering to contribute to excellence in teaching, research, and academic development. Minimum Qualification

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline is mandatory as per UGC/University norms. Candidates should possess an excellent academic record along with a passion for teaching, research, and student mentoring.

Experience

3-4 years of relevant experience in teaching and/or industry in the field of Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching in Electrical Engineering at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Develop, review, and update curriculum, course content,



and teaching methodologies in line with academic standards.
- Conduct tutorials, laboratory sessions, practical demonstrations, and problem-solving activities.
- Mentor students in academic projects, research activities, and career development.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputed national and international journals.
- Guide students in technical projects, assignments, and research activities.
- Participate in departmental administration, accreditation activities, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, FDPs, and other academic events.
- Promote interdisciplinary research and cutting-edge teaching practices.
- Undertake academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the university from time to time.
- Contribute to the overall academic, research, and institutional development of the university.
