Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager with hands-on experience in FMCG warehouse operations, SAP, and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and the ability to manage warehouse activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure proper inventory management and stock accuracy.

- Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices, as applicable.

- Handle SAP transactions related to inventory, GRN, stock movements, and dispatch.

- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, damages, and inventory discrepancies.

- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counting, and physical stock verification.

- Coordinate with transportation, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely dispatch.

- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient manpower utilization.

- Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety standards, and operational discipline.

- Prepare daily warehouse reports, inventory reports, and MIS.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.





Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations.

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG warehouse operations.

- Hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management / Inventory Management is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.

- Experience in team handling and warehouse supervision.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced warehouse environment.
