Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) or relevant technical qualification.

- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a hospital or Medical College.

- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety and maintenance operations.

- Experience in handling housekeeping, security, sanitation and other facility services.

- Knowledge of safety standards, statutory compliance and preventive maintenance.

- Valuable team management, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates from reputed hospitals or Medical Colleges.

- Experience in managing large-scale hospital infrastructure and facility operations.

- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital safety protocols.
