About Client:

Our Client is a Global Major, in Polymers, Petro Chemicals and Bulk Chemicals are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing with strong experience in sales in the Polymer industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, marketing and business development of commodity polymer products (PE & PP), along with strong commercial and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales and marketing of commodity polymer products such as HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE and PP.




- Maintain regular business and sales with existing customers.
- Develop new customers and explore business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new products and markets.
- Manage inventory and ensure effective stock planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and payment collection.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Work closely with Sales, SCM, SBUs, Warehouse and Credit teams.
- Prepare and submit regular MIS reports and sales updates.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Polymer industry.
- Solid knowledge of commodity polymers, particularly HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE and PP.
- Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
- Must be self-driven, result-oriented, organized and commercially strong.
