- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/MBA with 5+ years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, preferably Sterile Formulations or CDMO
- Serve as primary partner liaison, manage order data accuracy, track projects including Analytical Method Validation, coordinate payments, shipments, and commercial agreements, maintain customer communication, and drive cross-functional collaboration

Role & responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for partners.
2. Ensure order data accuracy and maintain proper order hygiene in internal systems.
3. Track in-house projects end-to-end, including Analytical Method Validation progress and status updates.
4. Follow up on payments and ensure timely receivables/collections.
5. Facilitate commercial agreements in coordination with the Legal team.
6. Coordinate with outbound logistics to compile and share required shipment documents with customers.
7. Maintain regular customer communication and capture/align on delivery and forecast schedules.
8. Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers/partners.
9. Build and sustain strong, skilled relationships across the customer base.

Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
11. Collaborate with the PR team to ensure external communication aligns with company interests and guidelines.
12. Partner with internal teams to align alliance/partnership objectives with broader organizational goals.
13. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to understand market trends and strengthen strategic relationships.
14. Monitor day-to-day operational challenges, implement solutions, and escalate risks when needed.
15. Manage and grow partner relationships while identifying new collaboration opportunities.
16. Maximize long-term value for the organization, partners, and customers through strategic engagement.
17. Develop and execute commercial and strategic partnerships aligned with company objectives and strategy.
18. Establish strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: B. Pharm/M. Pharm/MBA

Experience: 5+yrs in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Preferably in Sterile Formulations OR CDMO .
