Role Overview:
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring SLA compliance, vendor and driver partner management, and delivering seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage quality driver partners and vendors.
- Ensure driver partners are trained, process-oriented, and customer-centric.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure adherence to committed SLAs.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure business continuity.
- Hire, train, coach, and mentor Supervisors.
- Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
