- Strong hands-on experience in Spray Dryer Operations (Mandatory).
- Independently manage day-to-day production activities.
- Achieve production targets and optimize plant productivity, yield and efficiency.
- Ensure strict implementation of safety procedures, SOPs, PPE and work permits.
- Drive 5S implementation and housekeeping standards across the production area.
- Handle production manpower, operators, supervisors and contract workforce.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch and EHS departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production MIS reports.
- Monitor production KPIs, downtime, rejection and process losses.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and production presentations.
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
