Manage employee relations across multiple locations within a cluster, ensuring effective grievance handling and redressal.
Collaborate with regional management teams to drive business partnering initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall performance in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-9 years of experience in HRBP role or similar position in Retail
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
