- Lead and execute tractor platform design and development activities as per project requirements.
- Develop and integrate tractor platforms considering different HP segments and customer requirements.
- Design and develop major tractor aggregates, systems and assemblies.
- Prepare and review 3D models, 2D drawings, engineering specifications and BOMs.
- Ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, reliability and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality and Purchase.
- Drive design modifications, engineering changes and product improvement activities.
- Conduct design reviews, technical evaluations and validation of components and assemblies.




- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety requirements and product specifications.
- Support prototype development, testing and troubleshooting of design-related issues.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering, component standardization and localization.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of platform design deliverables.
- Coordinate with suppliers for technical discussions and component development.
- Maintain design documentation, engineering drawings, BOMs and revision records.
