We are looking for an HR professional with hands-on experience in Compensation & Advantages, HR Analytics and HR MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle salary benchmarking, annual increments and compensation-related activities.
- Manage variable pay, incentive calculations and employee benefits.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and reports related to headcount, manpower cost and employee data.
- Support manpower budgeting, cost analysis and salary revision exercises.




- Coordinate with Payroll and Finance for compensation-related matters.
- Maintain salary structures, HRMS data and C&B; records.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.

Desired Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience in HR Analytics and MIS reporting.
- Good understanding of manpower budgeting and cost analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of HRMS and labour laws.

Experience in the manufacturing or large corporate sector will be an added advantage.
