Role Overview

Looking for a qualified to drive end-to-end project cost control, budgeting and cashflow management for TBCB transmission projects (from Award to COD).

Key Responsibilities

Develop Control Budgets, track EAC, project commitments and budget vs. actual cost.

Manage project cashflow forecasting, S-curves, CWIP, IDC and lender drawdown support.

Handle cost planning, variance analysis, risk assessment and cost optimisation.

Evaluate EPC contract variations, claims, LDs, Price Variation (PV), Change-in-Law and Force Majeure.

Drive cost control governance, monthly MIS, dashboards and project cost closure at COD.

Key Skills: TBCB, TSA & EPC Contracts, Control Budget, EAC, Cashflow Forecasting, Advanced Excel, Power BI and SAP PS/MM.

Essential Experience: Hands-on ownership of Control Budget, EAC and cashflow for at least one 500 Cr+ project, with strong exposure to transmission lines, substations or HVDC projects.

Target Industries: Power Transmission Developers (TBCB), EPC Contractors, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Developers.
