Job Responsibilities

- Manage the company's complete IT infrastructure, hardware and software systems.
- Handle computer systems, laptops, printers, networking, Wi-Fi and CCTV operations.
- Manage IT support for Head Office, catering sites and kitchen operations.
- Maintain company software, user accounts, email systems and data security.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Manage installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors and IT service providers.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, licenses and AMC details.
- Ensure regular data backup, antivirus protection and cybersecurity.
- Provide technical support and training to employees whenever required.




- Monitor IT expenses and recommend cost-effective technology solutions.
- Prepare regular IT reports and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Networking, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and CCTV management.
- Windows, MS Office, email and troubleshooting.
- Basic server, cloud and data backup management.
- IT asset and vendor management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having experience in IT management for catering companies, hospitality, hotels, restaurants or multi-location businesses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
