Roles and Responsibility:

- Manage and oversee multiple corporate interior projects simultaneously.
- Prepare and review project estimates, quotations, budgets, and billing.
- Plan and monitor project execution as per agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide timely project/site status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, material requirements, and workmanship.
- Identify and resolve site and execution-related issues.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare and submit client bills, RA bills, invoices, and other payment-related documents on time.
- Follow up with clients for payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
- Monitor project receivables and coordinate with the finance team for payment tracking.
- Handle billing-related queries, variations, and client commercial discussions.
- Monitor project costs, expenses, billing, and overall profitability.
- Prepare regular project status, billing, receivables, and financial reports for management.
- Lead project teams, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.




- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution and material delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support project handover and closure.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Must have hands-on experience managing multiple corporate interior projects simultaneously.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in corporate interiors / commercial interior projects.
- Strong experience in project execution, estimation, billing, and client payment collection.
- Experience in handling client commercial discussions and resolving billing/payment issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, teams, and client requirements simultaneously.
- Robust communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification :

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
