We're hiring an experienced Asst. F&B; Manager for our restaurant in the park.
Qualification: Hotel Management Degree/diploma preferred
Experience: 3–5 years in restaurant / resort / theme park F&B; operations
Candidates having banquet experience may get preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day F&B; operations inside the park restaurant
- Ensure smooth service during peak park hours
- Monitor food quality, hygiene & safety standards
- Lead, train & supervise service and kitchen teams
- Supervise billing, cash management & daily sales reporting
- Coordinate with park management for events & crowd control
- Plan menu updates, offers & seasonal promotions
- Maintain stock levels & reduce waste.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
