About the Company

Konverto is an interior production and modular furniture manufacturing company specialising in manufacturing solutions for the interior industry. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to support and manage our day-to-day finance and accounting operations at our manufacturing facility.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting activities, handling vendor payments and supporting statutory documentation and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense and ledger records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Verify vendor invoices, bills and payment requests.
- Manage bank entries, cash transactions and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST entries, documentation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal departments.




- Maintain accurate records of factory expenses and operational costs.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
- Experience handling vendor payments and accounts independently.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or trading company accounts will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
