Be overall in charge of site security and ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure site instructions are followed and the team follows its duty chart. Maintain discipline, turnout and conduct of all security personnel.

Manage the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, material and vehicles. Ensure proper access control, frisking and checking at entry and exit. Manage keys, inventory and security and safety equipment.

Ensure patrolling is done and the documents are maintained. Keep security documents and registers to audit standard. Manage staff leave and weekly offs, and record non-compliance. Train the security team as per the training programme and document it.

Brief the Site Security Lead every morning and evening, and send reports on schedule. Submit monthly attendance to the client and salary attendance to the agency office on time. Be conversant with emergency response, bomb threat procedure, evacuation, fire alarm and surveillance systems.
