Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage tax compliance, including ITR filing, TDS filing, GST filing, ROC compliances, and bank reconciliations.
- Conduct income tax audits and TDS audits to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports on a monthly basis to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure timely submission of returns and payments for all taxes owed by the company.
- Provide guidance on tax laws and regulations to internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in accountancy or related field with expertise in indirect taxation (GST) and direct taxation (income tax).
- Bachelor's degree in Computers or equivalent qualification; CA Intermediate/Finalist preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Indian taxation systems, including GST Act & Rules, Income Tax Act & Rules, TDS provisions etc.
