Role Description

- Design, build, and maintain multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph and LangChain
- Develop LLM pipelines with strong context engineering, memory, and retrieval strategies
- Build and integrate APIs using FastAPI with secure, scalable backend practices
- Work on RAG systems, model evaluation, observability, and deployment workflows
- Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and cost
- Translate the latest AI research into practical product improvements

What We’re Looking For

- 0-4 years of hands on experience building AI/ML systems in production




- Strong Python skills and experience writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Practical experience with LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, prompt/context engineering, and LLM-based applications
- Understanding of FastAPI, PostgreSQL/Redis, APIs, authentication, Docker, and CI/CD
- Familiarity with LLM evals, monitoring tools like Langfuse or LangSmith, and cloud deployment
- Strong problem solving, ownership mindset, and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Genuine curiosity to experiment, learn, and stay updated with the AI ecosystem

Nice to Have

- Experience with multimodal systems, or computer vision
- Open-source contributions in the LangChain/LangGraph ecosystem
- Familiarity with model serving tools like vLLM, TGI, Ollama, or llama.cpp
- Startup or fast-paced product experience
