ALAN is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across key markets in Maharashtra.

Territory Coverage

1. South Maharashtra: Satara, Sangli, Karad, Kolhapur and surrounding markets
2. Marathwada: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) division
3. Khandesh Nashik: Nashik division

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, develop and energise the existing channel partner network and a small field sales team.
- Strengthen the existing sales engine and drive consistent business growth.
- Identify and develop key hospital accounts across the territory.
- Map, engage and build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Drive product demonstrations, evaluations and conversions in coordination with clinical application teams.




- Manage sales targets, opportunity pipelines, forecasts and channel partner performance.
- Support the launch and market development of new products.

Product Portfolio:

- Electrosurgical Units (ESUs)
- HD 4K Surgical Vision Systems
- Upcoming surgical technologies in ALANs expanding product pipeline

Ideal Candidate:

- 5-10 years of experience in medical device or surgical equipment sales.
- Proven experience in channel management and team leadership.
- Strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals and channel partners in Maharashtra.
- Familiarity with operating room equipment and surgical specialties is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, robust execution skills and willingness to travel extensively.
