Hi we are hiring for Sales Officer / Area Sales Incharge

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

- Handling of Distributors in respective area

- Working closely with distributors for customer conversion and engagement of Bodyshop customer

- Engagement with OEM Regional Teams

- Responsible for Customer training program

- Working on expansion of retail business in assigned territory

- Monitoring and Hand holding off roll Staff for daily activity & lead generation

- Forecasting, Business Planning and Marketing

- Channel Expansion

- Ensure Commercial Policy is followed by the distributor

Qualifications

- B.E/B.Tech-Mechanical, Automobile Engineering preferred/ Graduation (Any Discipline) + MBA

- 2 to 7 years of Experience in Handling Sales for Industrial Consumables / Paint /Automobile/ Auto OEM and

Ancillaries /Bearing segments Interface with key Industrial customers preferred

- Solid convincing skills and have experience in retail Sales

- Experience in handling dealers and distributors
