Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager with strong knowledge of financial and investment products, including Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, and other investment solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the wealth management business across assigned branches/locations, leading the investment team, driving business growth, and ensuring quality client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Product Knowledge

- Solid understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, Equity, Bonds, and other investment products.
- Guide clients and team members on suitable investment solutions based on their financial goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial products.

1. Team Management

- Lead, manage, and mentor the investment/wealth management team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against business targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
- Support team members in acquiring and retaining high-value clients.

Business Development

- Drive business growth through Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, and other investment products.
- Achieve revenue, AUM, SIP, and client acquisition targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to increase the company's investment product portfolio.

1. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI, UHNI, and retail clients.
- Understand client investment requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service quality.

1. Branch & Business Operations

- Coordinate with branch teams to achieve overall business objectives.
- Monitor business performance, AUM growth, and revenue generation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SEBI guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
