Position: Area Director of Operations

Scope of The Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall operational, commercial and financial performance of multiple Hotel properties across Rajasthan, with a strong focus on guest experience, service standards, profitability, people leadership and stakeholder management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a senior hospitality professional with strong multi-property leadership experience, preferably from reputed branded upscale hotels or resorts , with the following background:

- Proven experience in multi-property leadership role .
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple properties with accountability for operations, P&L;, revenue, profitability and overall business performance .
- Candidates from Rajasthan, Gujarat or adjoining regions will be preferred. Prior experience of managing hotels/resorts in Rajasthan will be a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of hotel/resort operations, guest experience, service standards, revenue generation and operational excellence.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen , with the ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, productivity and cost efficiency.




- Strong F&B; and/or Front Office operational expertise will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in owner management and stakeholder relationships , including handling business discussions, performance reviews and owner expectations.
- Robust leadership, communication, influencing and people-management skills, with the maturity and confidence to represent the organisation with senior stakeholders.
- Well-groomed, articulate and commercially oriented, with the ability to lead and influence multiple property leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be expected to:

- Drive the overall operational and commercial performance of the Company's Rajasthan based Properties.
- Ensure consistent brand, service and operational standards across properties.
- Drive revenue, profitability, productivity and cost optimisation .
- Strengthen guest experience and service delivery.
- Work closely with Unit Heads and functional teams to identify gaps and improve business performance.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline and high-performing property teams.
- Manage owners, key stakeholders and senior leadership expectations effectively.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable initiatives in the Region.
