6. Process Monitoring & Process Control

- Reduce Waste and Scrap Generation
- 100 % Compliance with SOP and Prepare SOP For Current Product Development
- Prepare Action Plan for Repetitive Breakdowns and quality Diversion




- Training & Upgradation of departmental manpower skills to reduce losses
- Documentation for IMS Audits
- Maintain 5S
- Contribute different activity of TPM & Six Sigma Projects
- Ensure to Achieve & Maintain required Environmental Norms
- Identification and reduction of unsafe acts/ unsafe conditions/ Safety rule violations.

Educational Background and Work Experience

· BE/B.Tech with 5-10 Years of Experience

Key Success Factors – Challenges

· To Maintain Quality of Product in frequent changing of campaign due to high product mix material

· To adjust manpower in critical condition (Manpower scarcity in case of people on leave)
