Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings in coordination with architects and project engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts.
- Develop 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare working drawings for residential and commercial building projects.
- Modify and revise drawings based on management, architect, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site engineers.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and design requirements.
- Maintain drawing records and update revisions.
- Assist in preparing architectural details and construction documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.




- Knowledge of architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Understanding of building construction and architectural standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural concepts and convert them into technical drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills & Candidate Preferences
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of 3D Architectural Design and 3D Modelling will be an added advantage.
- Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Local candidates from Tirunelveli and nearby areas are preferred.
