We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect with 5–8 years of experience in architectural planning, designing, drafting, and project coordination. The candidate should have the ability to independently manage design projects, prepare technical drawings, and ensure smooth execution as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative architectural concepts and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare architectural presentations and design documentation.
- Review and modify drawings according to client requirements.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved architectural drawings at the site.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues.
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and technical documentation whenever required.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, building codes, and regulations.




- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Provide design inputs and technical solutions during project execution.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Excellent command of AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of SketchUp and 3D visualization.
- Working knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, and rendering software.
- Solid understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
- Expertise in space planning and architectural design.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
