We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect – Urban Planning to develop sustainable, functional, and aesthetically appealing urban development plans. The candidate will be responsible for master planning, land-use planning, urban design, infrastructure coordination, and preparation of architectural and planning drawings for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and large-scale urban development projects.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare urban master plans, conceptual layouts, and development plans.
- Develop land-use plans, zoning layouts, and site development strategies.
- Design residential townships, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, and urban spaces.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and development assessments.
- Prepare conceptual designs, detailed layouts, sections, elevations, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local development regulations, building bylaws, zoning regulations, and planning standards.
- Integrate sustainable planning principles, green spaces, pedestrian-friendly areas, and effective mobility solutions.
- Prepare area statements, FAR/FSI calculations, density calculations, and land-use calculations.
- Coordinate with government authorities, clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.




- Review drawings and ensure project deliverables meet quality and timelines.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of architecture, urban design, and master planning.
- Understanding of land-use planning, zoning, urban infrastructure, and development control regulations.
- Knowledge of Indian building bylaws and development regulations.
- Ability to prepare conceptual and detailed planning drawings.
- Strong design visualization and presentation skills.
- Good coordination, communication, and project management abilities.

- Lumion / Enscape
- GIS / QGIS (Preferred)
- MS Office

5. Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory.
- Master's Degree in Urban Design / Urban Planning – Preferred.
- COA registration – Preferred / As required for the role.

6. Experience Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in architecture, urban design, township planning, or master planning.
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use development projects is preferred.

- Quality and accuracy of master plans and planning drawings.
- Timely completion of design deliverables.
- Compliance with applicable planning regulations.
