Role: Architect - IP Camera

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Trivandrum/Kochi

- 8+ years of experience in embedded software development, with strong expertise in IP Camera architecture and video streaming systems.
- Strong hands-on development experience in C/C++ and Embedded Linux.
- Experience in designing and optimizing real-time video pipelines, including video capture, encoding, decoding, streaming, and playback.
- Solid knowledge of H.264, H.265, RTSP, RTP, WebRTC, and low-latency video streaming technologies.
- Experience in developing P2P connectivity and NAT traversal solutions using ICE, STUN, TURN, signaling, and relay mechanisms.
- Good understanding of camera sensors, ISP pipelines, hardware video encoders, and IP camera architecture.




- Experience in integrating and optimizing AI-based video analytics and event detection.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, UDP, NAT, and video transmission protocols.
- Experience working with multithreaded, high-performance embedded systems.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions, code reviews, technical decisions, and mentor development teams.

Advantage

- Experience with GStreamer, FFmpeg, V4L2, libcamera, ONVIF, and camera SoCs.
- Exposure to Embedded AI/NPUs, Object Detection, MQTT, and cloud-connected camera platforms.
- Experience in surveillance, video analytics, or smart camera solutions.
