Role & responsibilities

Design & Planning

- Assist in conceptual planning and design development of shopping malls and retail projects
- Prepare and review layouts, zoning plans, circulation planning, faade concepts, and retail planning drawings
- Coordinate design integration between architecture, interiors, structure, MEP, and signage consultants
- Ensure compliance with local building byelaws, NBC norms, fire regulations, and mall operational requirements

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams for timely delivery of drawings and approvals
- Participate in design review meetings and site coordination meetings
- Monitor project timelines and assist in resolving design and execution challenges

Site & Execution Support

- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress as per approved drawings
- Review material finishes, faade detailing, and execution quality
- Assist in resolving in office coordination issues between civil, interiors, MEP etc




- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare presentations, working drawings, coordination drawings, and design reports
- Maintain project documentation and drawing records
- Assist senior management in project reviews and client presentations

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- Registration with COA preferred
- Additional exposure to retail planning / project management will be an advantage
- Min 5-10 years of professional experience in architecture and project coordination
- Prior experience in shopping malls, retail developments or mixed-use projects would be add advantage
- Experience working with developer teams, architectural firms preferred
- Exposure to large-format retail brands and mall tenant coordination will be an added advantage
