We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), Knowledge Management (Knowledge Base), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Service Now Communities.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions aligned with business requirements
- Customize and configure modules including CSM, ITSM, Knowledge Base, and Service Now Communities
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
- Maintain and enhance existing Service Now applications and services




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure platform best practices, performance optimization, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and defects
- Support platform upgrades, testing, and deployments
- Create and maintain technical documentation

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4 years of Service Now development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Knowledge Management / Knowledge Base
- Service Now Communities (Service Portal experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Java Script, Glide API, and Service Now scripting
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Good understanding of Service Now data model and platform capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Desirable Skills

- Knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and asset management
- Experience with Service Now Discovery or Service Mapping
- Experience with Knowledge Centred Services (KCS) methodology
- Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD)
- Experience with UI Builder or modern Service Now UX frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in ITIL-based service management environments.
- Experience with scripting, automation, and Service Now AI capabilities.
- Service Now Administrator Certification (CSA) is an advantage; Advanced certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, or CIS-ITOM) are a plus.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar professional experience is highly desirable.
