Security Operations

- Oversee round-the-clock security operations across the yard, gates, workshops, warehouses, laydown areas, and jetty facilities.
- Manage deployment and performance of security personnel and contracted security agencies.
- Ensure effective access control for employees, visitors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, and security control rooms.

Asset & Material Protection

- Prevent theft, pilferage, vandalism, and unauthorized movement of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct regular security inspections and audits of critical assets and storage locations.
- Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective actions.

Emergency & Crisis Management

- Lead emergency response during fire, medical emergencies, accidents, security breaches, and natural disasters.




- Coordinate with local police, fire department, coast guard, port authorities, and emergency services.
- Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness exercises.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with company security policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain security records, incident reports, gate pass records, and investigation reports.
- Develop and implement security SOPs, procedures, and risk mitigation plans.

Contractor & Visitor Management

- Manage contractor workforce entry and verification.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols for visitors and third-party personnel.
- Verify documentation and gate clearance processes.
