Enterprise Application Packaging

- Minimum 6-10 years of hands-on enterprise application packaging experience.
- Strong experience packaging Windows applications using: MSI, MSIX, App-V, Script-based deployment frameworks
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments with thousands of endpoints.

Windows Operating Systems
- Strong understanding of: Windows OS (10 & 11), Registry, Services, File System, User Profile, AD, GPO

Endpoint Management Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Endpoint lifecycle management, Application deployment management, Software distribution and compliance monitoring

Scripting & Automation

- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
- Experience developing deployment scripts, detection methods, remediation scripts, and automation workflows.
- Solid troubleshooting and log analysis capabilities.

Packaging Tools Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: AdminStudio, Advanced Installer, InstallShield, MSIX Packaging Tool, App-V Sequencer

Application Compatibility

Strong troubleshooting skills involving: DLL dependencies, COM Objects, Services, Drivers, Registry settings, Security permissions, Compatibility conflicts

Soft Skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills.




- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently within a large transformation program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills Cloud & Virtual Desktop Technologies
- Windows 365 Cloud PC experience.
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) experience.
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops experience.
- Experience supporting VDI transformations and cloud migration program.

Cross-Platform Knowledge Experience with one or more: Linux, macOS, ChromeOS

Knowledge of application deployment methodologies outside of Windows environments will be considered advantageous.

DevOps & Automation

Azure DevOps - CI/CD pipelines Git - Infrastructure automation concepts - Software deployment automation

Security & Modern Workplace Technologies

- Microsoft Defender

Banking & Financial Services Experience
- Prior experience supporting Banking or Financial Services organizations.
- Understanding of audit, regulatory, security, and compliance requirements within regulated industries.
