Role & responsibilities

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM6:00 PM

Experience: 14 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Mapping & Market Research across BFSI
2. Internal Hiring & Talent Acquisition
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
4. HR Operations, MIS & Employee Records
5. Onboarding, HR Processes & Special Projects

Preferred candidate profile What We’re Looking For: • 1–4 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations • Strong research, analytical and communication skills • Positive knowledge of LinkedIn & MS Excel • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented • BFSI / Financial Services exposure will be an advantage
