Job Title: All-Rounder Chef

Job Location: Bannerghatta Road, TK Falls, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Company

Alaara Lakehouse is a premium dining destination offering a serene ambience and curated culinary experiences. We are looking for an experienced All-Rounder Chef with expertise in multiple cuisines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Continental, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and Indian cuisines.
- Maintain food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation.
- Develop and update menu items based on customer preferences.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and plating.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock, and supplies.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or All-Rounder Chef.
- Hands-on experience in multiple cuisines, including Continental, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and Indian.




- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, sauces, flavours, and plating.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Adaptable to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management.
- Experience in premium restaurants or fine-dining establishments.
